Patient Story

Lida Dickinson

Lida has four children and numerous grand-children. Two years ago she was diagnosed with a grade IV Glioma, one of the worst types of brain tumor. A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to meet her and her husband Charlie to learn about her incredible story. I also had the opportunity to talk to Stephanie, Lida's daughter, who was willing to share her experience as a family member of a brain cancer patient.

Cherry Blossom

Cherry Blossom
Race

On April 1st, Dr Q is participating in the annual Cherry Blossom Race in Washington, DC. He is running in honor of all those battling brain tumors and those who have passed away from this tragic disease including Don Rottman, a dear friend of his who lost his battle to brain cancer last winter. We hope you’ll join us in support of those in your life who have been affected by brain tumors. All proceeds of this race will go towards brain tumor research in Dr Q's lab.
